• Entrants must hold active registration with their relevant professional body (e.g. GMC, GDC, NMC) and have no restrictions on practice.

• The treatment must have been carried out within the entrant's professional scope of practice.

• Appropriate patient consent must be obtained for the submission of photographs and case details.

• Entries must include high-quality before and after photographs that have not been digitally altered.

• Multiple injectable modalities may be used where clinically appropriate.
